France 4 Rebrand Case Study | Showreel
France 4 asked us to do a complete makeover of their on/off air identity.
This Public Service Channel targeting young adults suffered from a lack of image and a poor distinction within the France Television Group (FTV), often perceived as rather corporate. We worked on a clearer expression of their specificities, programming and positioning.
Since all FTV have the same shaped logo -only different numbers and colours, we proposed to shift the logo’s position so to illustrate the offside dimension of the channel as well as define a device which creates the image and effect of a Megaphone.
We use this new space not only for promos but also consistently throughout many other elements to display titles, information, messages to the audience, etc:
